If Your Launch Auction Closed
A Dutch auction that misses its minimum raise closes its pool. The coin keeps working.
What changed:
- No one can buy from the closed pool.
- Holders can still sell on the coin page.
- The page stays at its link. With no market for 7 days, the coin leaves search.
Two ways forward.
Reopen trading
Open a new pool for the same coin. Holders keep their coins. Your page, ticker and history stay. Chain Daddy finds the pool on its own, and Buy works again.
You need coins to put in (your unlocked team coins, or coins you hold) and a few cents of ETH for network fees. The pool itself takes no ETH.
1. Claim your team coins. Open your coin page signed in with the wallet that launched it. Press Claim on the Your locked card. No team allocation? Skip this step.

2. Open a pool on Uniswap. At app.uniswap.org, with the same wallet on your coin's chain: Pool → New position.
- Pair: ETH and your coin. Paste the contract address from your coin page.
- Initial price: your choice, in ETH per coin.
- Range: Custom, with the minimum above the initial price. Uniswap then asks for your coin only.
- Enter the amount, approve, create.

The position stays in your wallet. To show holders you can't pull it, lock or burn it.
Launch a new coin
chaindaddy.io/_launch, same ticker if you want. You pick how it opens. The old coin stays where it is, so tell holders which is which.
Holders
Sell on the coin page any time. When a new pool opens, Buy works again.
