Coin Health & Activity
Every registered coin has a health score from 0 to 100, updated daily. It measures how active your coin is on-chain: its trading, its holders, and how long it has been registered.
If the score stays below 60 for 30 days in a row, your registration expires and its name opens to anyone who can prove they own the coin, first come, first served. This keeps names from being held by coins nobody uses.
An expired registration can be lost for good
Once another wallet registers your expired name, it's theirs, and support can't reverse it. What happens when it expires
New registrations get a 30-day grace period, and a falling score sends you alerts before anything expires. Watch your score in your coin manager's Health tab.
How the Score Works
| Signal | Weight | What it measures |
|---|---|---|
| Age | 50% | How long since you registered. Starts at full marks and steps down over two years |
| Trading volume | 30% | How much your coin trades, with filters against fake trading |
| Holder health | 20% | How spread out your holders are, and whether they look real |
Because the age part steps down over time, an older coin needs real trading and holders to stay above 60.
Verified socials show as badges on your coin page but don't affect the score.
ⓘ How age is scored
Time since the registration was created, in steps: 100 for the first 30 days, 90 to 90 days, 80 to 180 days, 70 to a year, 60 to two years, 50 after that.
ⓘ How volume is scored (and why wash trading doesn't help)
Wash trading (trading with yourself to fake activity) is filtered out two ways:
- Smoothing: the last 24 hours count for 70%, and your 7-day daily average for 30%, so a one-day burst counts for less than its face value.
- Liquidity cap: counted volume is capped at 100× your pool's liquidity. A coin with no pool data yet skips the cap.
The result is scored on a log scale: zero volume scores 10, $20 a day is the floor, and $100K a day scores full marks. On Ethereum the floor is $100 a day and full marks take $1M a day.
ⓘ How holder health is scored (and why splitting wallets hurts)
Holder health scores the shape of ownership, not the raw count:
| Part | Share | What it captures |
|---|---|---|
| Concentration | 40 of 100 | How much of supply the top 10 and top 50 wallets hold. A penalty starts once the top 50 pass 35% |
| Suspicious wallets | 33 of 100 | Snipers, bundlers, insiders, and sandwich attackers |
| Distribution | 17 of 100 | How many wallets together hold 50% of supply. 25 or more gets full credit |
| Holder count | 10 of 100 | Raw holder count, capped at 5,000 (EVM) or 50,000 (Solana) |
Splitting a balance across new wallets raises the raw count but worsens concentration and distribution, so it lowers your score.
Status Thresholds
| Score | Status | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| 80–100 | Healthy | In good standing |
| 65–79 | Moderate | In good standing. Worth a look |
| 60–64 | At-Risk | You get a Token at risk alert |
| Below 60 | Inactive | You get a Token inactive alert. The 30-day countdown is running |
| Below 60 for 30 days in a row | Expired | The name can be registered again |
In search results, a registered coin below 60 shows as At-Risk, an expired one as Inactive (open to verify), and one in its grace period as New.
Grace Period for New Registrations
New registrations get a 30-day grace period. During it:
- Your score is tracked but doesn't trigger at-risk status
- The name can't be reclaimed, whatever the score
- Search shows a New badge
The grace period runs from the first registration of that name, on that chain, for that coin's contract. Releasing and registering again doesn't reset it.
Reclaiming an Expired Slot
Once a registration expires, the name can be verified again through the normal verify flow at the normal price (pricing), plus network fees.
What Happens When a Registration Expires
- Search shows it as Inactive, open to verify.
- The original owner, or anyone else who passes verification, can register it. The first to register keeps it.
- The original owner has no special claim. To keep the name, register it again before someone else does.
- When a new owner registers, the page's details and manager roles are cleared.
Keeping Your Score Healthy
- Keep trading active. Even small volume counts toward the volume signal.
- Grow real holders. Concentration is the biggest part of holder health: supply spread across real wallets beats a high count.
- Watch your score in your coin manager's Health tab.
- Keep alerts on. Health alerts warn you before at-risk status, on every plan.
- Register from a multisig so a teammate can keep things moving if you're away.
