Install the App ​

Add Chain Daddy to your home screen from your browser, with no app store. Push notifications reach your phone.

Installing a coin's own app instead?

Install from chaindaddy.io for Chain Daddy itself. A TICKER.crown.info page installs as that coin's own app instead, with its icon and name. See Your Coin as an App.

iPhone and iPad ​

  1. Open chaindaddy.io in Safari.
  2. Tap Share.
  3. Tap Add to Home Screen, then Add.

Android ​

  1. Open chaindaddy.io in Chrome.
  2. Tap the three-dot menu.
  3. Tap Install app (or Add to Home screen).

Desktop ​

  1. Open chaindaddy.io in Chrome or Edge.
  2. Click the install icon at the right end of the address bar.
  3. Click Install.

What you get ​

You should see a Chain Daddy icon on your home screen. It opens full screen, with no browser bars, and updates itself.

  • Push notifications on your phone. On an iPhone, the installed app is the only way web notifications arrive. To turn them on, open the installed app and follow Turning on a channel.
  • Shortcuts. On Android and desktop, long-press or right-click the icon: search, browse launches, your coins, launch a coin.
