List your alert rules
Returns the alert rules owned by the signed-in wallet, newest first, each with its token, alert type, threshold, cooldown and whether it is enabled. Use it before creating a rule (to avoid a duplicate) and to find a rule's id for update, toggle or delete. Optionally narrow to one token with BOTH chainId and tokenAddress. Common mistakes: sending symbol (refused with 400 invalid_filter, because one ticker can name several tokens), or sending only one of the pair. Rules belong to the wallet you signed in with, not to the whole account: a rule made from another linked wallet is not listed here.
