List your open alerts

Returns the alerts your rules have fired that are still open — status triggered (new) or acknowledged (seen, not yet resolved) — newest first. Use it to answer "what needs my attention right now". Optionally narrow to one token with BOTH chainId and tokenAddress (never symbol). Resolved alerts are not here; read GET /api/v2/alerts/history for those.
