Get a ticker's registration status
Whether a ticker has a registration, and if so who holds it: status is confirmed (a registration exists on chain), pending or confirming (a token launched through Chain Daddy whose registration is still being written; owner is its creator) or available (none). It answers with ONE registration, the first found; a ticker can be registered on several chains, each by the holder of its own token, so use list_registrations to see every chain. available here does not mean every chain is free.
