Get one deal with its history
Returns one deal with its event history, attestations and payment records. Read stage, deadline and deadline_kind for where it stands and which clock is running. Public: anyone with the id can read it. With a wallet session you also get actions (what you may do now); anonymously actions is null, a collab's agreed terms are removed from its events, and signatures on attestations are blanked. terms is never on this read; a party gets them from GET /api/v2/deals/mine.
