Get heartbeat score for a registration
A registered token's health on one chain: its heartbeat score (0-100), the status derived from it, and the three parts it is built from (recent on-chain activity, DEX volume, holder health). A registration whose heartbeat stays low can lapse and become claimable again, so use this to tell a live token page from a dormant one. It answers 404 for a symbol that has no registration on that chain; check that with get_registration first.
